| Three months ago, we decided to sell our home and interviewed several potential agents to handle the sale. We were immediately impressed with Mike and his presentation detailing the concept behind Assist-2-Sell. We decided to take "the leap of faith" and sign with his agency and have never regretted our decision.
Mike introduced us to his very capable and knowlegeable staff, told us who would be handling what and we were off and running. The day after we signed the listing agreement, the photographer took the digital pictures and we collaborated on the narrative for the sales flyers. That same day, the sign was put up and the following day, the flyers were ready and in place and the listing was on the internet. They did everything they said they would do. Our home sold three days later. From the beginning of escrow through the end of escrow, the transaction coordinator, kept us informed and up-to-date on the ever-changing status. We appreciated being kept in the loop. If there was a hiccup or small glitch, the transaction coordinator was there to act as liaison between her office and the title company or the other agencies involved. Because of her expertise, as well as the entire staff of Assist-2-Sell, they helped to make the sale of our home a pleasant and virtually "pain free" experience.
